• restart the washer 
• straighten inlet hoses 
• disconnect hoses and clean inlet screens 

Washer Won't Agitate

•  make sure lid is completely closed
• restart the washer

Washer Won't Spin or Drain

•  straighten drain hoses
• close lid and restart the washer
• maybe too many suds - rewash without detergent

Washer Load is Wet

• unevenly distributed load - move clothes around to redistribute weight, close the lid and restart washer
• check washer is leveled
• normal spin speed is recommended for heavy loads

Washer Stops

• make sure machine is plugged in
• check circuit breaker in your home
• check lid to make sure its completely closed
• restart washer

Washer Leaks

• check hose connections to make sure they are tight
• check end of drain hose to make sure its correctly inserted and secured to drain facility
• avoid overloading
• avoid extended soaking - soaking longer than 30 minutes

Washer is Noisy

• check leveling of washer
• operating sounds will vary depending on agitation speed

Washer Fills With The Wrong Temperature Water

• turn both inlets on fully
• check temperature selection
• make sure hoses are connected to correct faucets and inlet connections
• check water heater
• disconnect hoses and clean screens
